I thought of kicking off a series of "Must-have Medical Apps" for your PDA as it would be useful for doctors starting off with their new PDA or Smartphone.
PalmOS or PPC platforms welcome. Perhaps we'll start off for those of you in General Practice or General Medicine.

As for me, many are not exactly medical softwares, but they contribute a lot to my daily ward work and activities:
Skyscape 5MCC and 5MPeds --Good reference texts, but at times not very practical in local settings
iSilo --For viewing medical e-texts, eMedicine clipped from the website (using iSiloX), and some ebooks during on call time!
PhatNotes --To organize all my notes and "clinical pearls", and synchronize with my PC
PhatPads --Jot down notes during rounds, or even investigation results traced over the phone; also useful during CME sessions, to briefly jot down important points
ListPro--Make my life more organized by listing down tasks or projects to be done
PocketSlides --Prepare my slides for PowerPoint presentation at the departmental CME
PocketInformant--Indispensible PIM tool to keep track of all the daily to-dos and appointments
Last but not least -- SpriteBackup-- I wont want all my preciousss to go missing when my PPC crashes for whatever reason! ;)

Harrisons Manual of Medicine - very comprehensive and exactly the same as the paperback version

Currently, I'm using WM5 (previously Palm). My must have's include:
Medical:
Epocrates - drug reference
MedCalc
MobiPocket reader - to read some medical and non-medical stuffs.
Non-medical:
Memmaid - to keep my pda clean from broken, orphaned, registry.
Handy Swithcher - to make changing between apps faster.
PIEPlus - enhance the funtionality of my Pocket IE.
PhatNotes - for jotting down notes on the go.
TCPMP - great free movie player.
